The Agricultural Hotel will have 19 double rooms, two of the which suites
(one of them a presidential suite), either for exploitation of existing infrastructures
or either for magnifying  the proper Palace.It should be  pointed out that the new
section of lodging will rest in a zone that correspondes to the reconstruction of one
old section of the Palace, totaly destroyed a  fire witch will  permit the palace to
return to it's  lost symmetry .
Magnifying will be done in the majority of it´s already existing infrastructures .
On the other hand, the necessity to preserve the maximum current architecture
of the Palace, takes the  pluggings of the same  to the new body " sacrificing "
some of the rooms initially considered in the Palace,  they will function, facing the
dimensions, as true suites (one of which a presidential one). The Hotel  will still count
with 3 autonomous units in the same body, for backup of existing patrimony, making
however an integrant part of the unit, excellent for small family groups .

All the rooms will make use of a full house, bath and hidromassagem, being still
equipped with direct telephone  access to the network, coulor TV, satellite, radio
and  air condition.
The rooms will be ample (with areas in the order of 25 m²), areas  much higher then
the minimum asked by law requirements.
Conditions wich are an advantage to the current hoteleiro park of the region.
The inherent conditions will  create jobs of high requinte, as it is intended to
implement, conjugating  component leisure with the vocation business.

The restaurant with approx.  100 m², will be  one of the most popular attractions
of the unit, specializing regional traditional cuisine.
Its capacity for approximately 60 people, will be supported by a bar /tea house
(with capacity for 30/40 people).
The scanning of the path of slap-ups meal (marriages, baptismals and small resident
events) will be one of the ways to bet in the rentabilization of the unit, together with
the chapel, an excellent unit of neo-gótica architecture of the XIXcentury intended
to be rented   for the accomplishment of an event .
For reasons of picture and preservation of the patrimony, the unit supply all the
necessary equipment to the accomplishment of slap-up meals.
The slap-up room will have capacity for 300/400 people. The Hotel will dispose
of an auditory with capacity for 80 seated people (200 people standing up)
allowing the accomplishment of events that complement the component of hospitality.
Given the quality of the unit, this essential active infrastructure will be opened for
company meetings, product presentations, jobs. 
The unit will dispose of small multipurpose rooms, with areas in the order of the
25/50 m², they will allow the accomplishment of small events, residential or of bracket
the local companies.
In the reception and tea hall is  intended to dinamize the accomplishment of small
painting displays, sculpture and local craftmanship among others initiatives.
The cellar and the still will be remained active, being a form of spreading of the
cultural realities of the region. During the time of vindimas, these infrastructures
are always in laboring, the guests will be invited to participate.
Aiming at itself to equally provide  a stay of quality to it´s guests, the unit will count
with significant infrastructures , " health club " witch will dispose other activities,
covered swimming pool with warm water, squash, saunas ( drying and vapor),
hidromassagem room / relaxation, beyond a gymastic hall.
The wheight room and devices will be in exploitation of actual installations
(place of fetichism), with sight on " solarium " and esplanade  the swimming pool.
Disposal of the guests is intention of the promoter to possess  horses to place
for guest use. The unit will have Tennis field.
A word to the palace chapel ,a  true workmanship of neo-gotica art witch will
serve as a bracket to the accomplishment of religious cerimonias
(already celebrated in the chapel) marriages to effect (or not) in the Palàcio.
For last, the gardens that surround the Palace,will allow  a more pleasant stay ,
providing an extremely reconfortante sight on the region.
Condigno to the tourists who visit the region, at the same time  contributing for
