There are beams exposed and a wood burner; there is also air conditioning. All windows and doors are double glazed with mosquito net. The guesthouse has steady income for at least 9 months a year.

The outside covered areas are massive with rustic wood ceilings and beautiful floor tiles; the uncovered areas have been covered with gravel. On the same courtyard we can still find a barbecue and a well. There is also a laundry area beneath the guesthouse stairs.

From this beautiful courtyard and trough an internal door we can access a second courtyard area. This area is big and covered in a U shape. The centre uncovered area is a parking space for 2 cars. There are wide gates to the outside. The covered rooms include storage, a workshop, a second laundry area and a bathroom. To the right side of this second courtyard there is a passage to the garden/pool area.

The garden is beautiful and flat with lots of established trees, plants and flowers. To the left we can access a higher terrace; this is where the swimming pool is located. The swimming pool is 11mx4m and 2m deep. It works with salt and ionizer. There is a shed near the pool. Some trees in the garden include: plum, apricot, peach, apple, pear, lime and orange. At the far end of the garden there is another entrance/gate.

The property is all walled and south facing. All external windows have shutters. The entire property is approx. 2000m2. A lovely property full of character in a peaceful location yet so close to Poiares.
